SMS Terms

Effective September 11, 2026

These SMS Terms apply to the two separate After All Investments messaging programs described below.

Property-inquiry notifications

If you select the optional inquiry-notification checkbox, After All Investments may send SMS messages regarding your property inquiry, including responses, appointment updates, requested information, and transaction or status updates.

Marketing messages

If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, After All Investments may send recurring marketing and promotional SMS messages, including property-related offers and other promotional communications.

Independent consent choices

Each program has its own optional checkbox. Selecting one does not select the other, and neither box is checked by default. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, or completing a transaction. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to provide consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your selections and interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and rates govern your mobile service.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed. After that, we will not send additional messages under that program unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle information associated with these programs as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile information or share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue a program and update these terms. Any update will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will honor valid opt-out requests.
